Through an urgent letter, issue in January 2015, Lijst Calimero took the opportunity to draw attention of the Board of the University towards some of the most urging problems regarding the housing of international students in Groningen. These problems included the lack of information provided, capacity problems of existing housing, bad handling of complaints, low quality of housing and the quality of the contracts and legal position of students. We urged the University to take all necessary steps to address these problems and improve of the living conditions of international students in the future.<\/p>\n
